  • oz approximately 30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 25 oz approximately 7 ml Sala Syrup (a sweet syrup with a unique flavor, often used in Southeast Asian drinks)
  • 25 oz approximately 7 ml Butterfly Pea Flower Tea (brewed and cooled)
  • Soda Water to top
  • Lemon Wheel for garnish

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Butterfly Pea Flower Tea
  2. Brew a small amount of butterfly pea flower tea using hot water. Let it steep for about 5-7 minutes, or until the water turns a deep blue color. Allow the tea to cool completely before using it in the mocktail. This step can be done in advance to save time.
  3. Step 2: Combine Honey and Lemon Juice
  4. In a shaker or mixing glass, combine the honey and fresh lemon juice. Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved. This ensures that the honey is evenly distributed throughout the drink, providing a consistent sweetness in every sip.
